How to Add New Users

The Security page allows dealers with certain roles access to edit their account details. The portal supports the following user roles:


  • Dealer Admin – Users with this role would be able to manage Leads and Customers. They would also be able to create, edit, and delete users in their dealer organisation.
  • Dealer User – Users with this role would be able to manage Leads, and Customers except for deleting a customer. They won’t be able to manage users in their dealer organisation.




Dealers can change the details of their account such as their name, email account, password, and role.
