The portal will let you add and edit the list of all products and accessories available.
To add listings in the Products & Accessories category, click the “Manage” button on the “Products & Accessories” tile to proceed to the Products & Accessories Listings page.
On this page, you can add, edit, delete, and search for existing listings of products & accessories. To create a listing for Products & Accessories, click the “Add New Listing” button to proceed to the Products & Accessories form. If you want to change the order of the product and accessories listings, you can drag and drop the rows. You can also sort out each column.
Fill out the Make, SKU/Model Number, Year Manufactured, and Name fields in the form.
To select the category of the product, proceed to the category selection. Select the brand and category of the product/accessory on the left box and then click the arrow pointing to the right. The selected brand and category will appear in the right box.
If you click Yes on the “Display this product on your website” button, the boat will be visible in the Products & Accessories section.
If you click Yes on the “Is this for enquiry” button, the product listing will be available for enquiry only.
If you click Yes on the “Is this on special” option, a special price form will automatically appear in the Commerce Information section.
If you click Yes on the “Is this product already sold” option, the product will be marked as sold on the website.
If you click Yes on the “Display this product on your Facebook shop” option, the product will automatically be posted on your Facebook shop.
In the Pricing subsection, input the product’s Price, Price Label, and Special Price. Take note that the “Special Price” field will activate if you clicked Yes on the "Is this on special?" option in the Product Details section.
In the "Enable Purchase Through Your Website" option, you can decide if you want your clients to purchase on the website or not. You can also input the number of available products. To enable stock control, you can choose Yes or No in the field to allow this.
Fill out all the fields In the Product Details subsection as seen in the screenshot above. Fields left as "N/A" will not be displayed on the website except for the Stock Number.
You can add how many variants you want to put for your product/accessory by clicking the “Add Variant” button. Manually input the details of each field as seen in the screenshot. You can also reorder the variant list as well depending on how you want it to appear on the website by clicking the arrow up or arrow down. You can also set the variant as active or inactive If you want it to appear in the website.
In the “Main Listing Image” option, the image you have chosen will be the main highlight image that will be visible in the products and accessories listing.
If you wish to include a Youtube clip that highlights the product/accessory, paste the video link into the “Youtube Video Link” field.
To upload images to the gallery, you can either drag and drop them or choose the Browse option. You can upload a maximum of 15 images. Once the images are uploaded, you can easily click and drag the images to re-order them.
In the “Listing Information” page, you can add and edit the content you will input in the Details, Specifications, and Features & Options sections of the product/accessory. Click the “Save Draft” button to save all your changes. To finish the entire process, click the “Complete & Submit” button. Once that is done, the Products and Accessories listings will be posted on your site.
