To sign-up for the support portal, click on the Sign Up button on the upper right corner.
This will redirect you to the Sign Up page. Provide your full name and email in order to create an account in the Support Portal.
Once you have an account, it will be easy for you to submit a ticket if you have any concerns that you would want to address right away.
Click on the Submit a Ticket button to redirect you to the Fill-Up Form page where you can put your concerns in an organized manner. Sending a ticket ensures that an agent will see your ticket right away and promptly address your concerns.
