How to setup SMTP Server

This article discussed on how to configure SMTP Server for a Pegboard site and E-Marketing in Pegboard v6.5

Minimum Requirements

1. Pegboard V6.5.2303.5209

SMTP Server Settings for a site

The following steps configure the SMTP Server for Pegboard site.

1. Log in to the website console panel.
2. Navigate to the SITE, right click and click Edit Details.
3. Scroll down to PREFERENCES section and add the SMTP SERVER.
   • To ensure that you are using SSL\TLS connection, check the check box SMTP Uses SSL/TLS.

SMTP Server Settings for E-Marketing

The following steps configure the SMTP Server for Pegboard site e-Marketing.

1. Log in to the website console panel.
2. Go to Modules Tab, in the drop down menu click  E-Marketing.
3. Click Settings Tab and go to SMTP SETTINGS section.
4. Add the SMTP SERVER.
   • To ensure that you are using SSL\TLS connection, check the check box SMTP Uses SSL/TLS.
